Robert
Paisola
Rob's
work at Western Capital builds on 15 years of success in the consumer
and commercial debt collection industry, including 4 years with
ITT Consumer Financial Corporation, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Rob is a recognized expert in the business of debt collection, turnaround
management, and is a motivational speaker on the subject of debt
collection worldwide. Rob has lead numerous distressed collection
companies to renewed profitability. With a client list spanning
the globe, Rob has been instrumental in the direction and leadership
that has set Western Capital apart from the crowd. He grew the company's
North American sales operation from $2 million in revenues to more
than $27 million in under a year. During Rob's tenure, Western Capital
has been selected as as one of the "10 Coolest Companies in America."
Rob attended Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah and is currently
a member of the American Collectors Association, The Commercial
Law League and is a circuit lecturer for the International Association
of Credit and Collections.

Kathryn Watkins
COO and President
Kathryn
joined Western Capital in 1999, having previously served in key
management positions with ERS Consulting. As vice president of sales
at ERs, Kathryn guided a force of salespeople in 1998 to sales revenue
exceeding $250 million. Under her leadership, this publicly held
company became the leading provider of network security and management
tools to small and medium-sized companies. Kathryn also served as
vice president, Europe, and vice president, Eastern sales, for ERs
During Kathryn's tenure, total company revenues grew almost 40-fold,
from $25 million to $990 million.

A. Antwerp
CFO
David
is a 15-year veteran of corporate financial management. He joined
Western Capital in 1999 following 4-1/2 years at Powerpoint Technologies,
a $200 million publicly traded diversified gaming technology company.
At Powerpoint, Dave held various positions in finance and audit,
advancing to chief financial officer in 1997. He was a key player
in the organization's financial turnaround, culminating in the 1999
sale of the company. Dave's earlier experience includes 3 years
in financial positions with Martin Marietta Astronautics Group and
6 years with Blythe and Associates of New York.

Powell
Vice President of Customer Service
Russ
joined Western Capital in June 2000 following a successful career
with American Premier Holdings. While with APH, Russ spent two years
managing supply and manufacturing operations in the US, followed
by a two year stint in Brazil leading the company's expansion. As
it evolves into a global operation, Russ directs and manages all
aspects of Customer Service at Western Capital.

Justin
Staub
Vice President of Worldwide Sales Operations
Justin
joined Western Capital November 1999 and served as a Collection
Manager until November 2000 when he was promoted to vice president.
His responsibilities include forecasting revenue and expenses, business
and sales planning and formulating sales operations procedures.
With an extensive background as a Financial Administrator, Justin
was a senior manager at American Premier Holdings, a computer sales
company, from 1998 to 1999.

Lisa
Hall
Vice President of International Operations
Joining
the ranks of Western Capital in April 2000, Lisa brought with her
more than 16-years of experience at some of the world's premier
firms including Delta Airlines, STS Travel and Raster Ops Computer
Corporation. Lisa has been named employee of the year at STS and
is a leader in her industry. As VP of sales for Europe, Middle East,
Africa and Latin America at RasterOps, she drove the business from
$80-million to $260-million in annual sales in two years. She also
served as Vice President of world wide marketing and alliances and
Vice President of Sales for North America for STS.

Jared
DeHeart
Vice President of Development
Jared
brings to Western Capital extensive experience in computer research
and product development gained at AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and
Bell Labs. At Bell Labs Research, which he left in 1998 to join
Western Capital, Jared developed a first-generation Asymmetric Digital
Subscriber Line Internet Access System, a breakthrough for high-speed
consumer Internet access over existing phone lines. At Lucent, Jared
was a lead developer in the redesign of AUDIX, the company's highly
successful voice-messaging product. He also took part in the introduction
of several innovations in voice-message networking topologies. At
AT&T, he was a principal architect for an operations support system
(the world's largest at the time) designed to accommodate 1,000
support technicians simultaneously.

Philip
J. Hardy
Director of Legal & Risk Management
Phil
was brought on as corporate counsel to Western Capital in June 2000.
Since 1986, he has held a number of senior management positions
in government and private industry. From 1994 to 1998, Phil was
a partner in Hardy and Associates Lawyers, where he specialized
in litigation. From 1998 to 2000, Phil was the senior vice-president,
legal and risk management for American Premier Holdings. Phil has
Arts and Law degrees from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City,
Utah.

Clay
Hutchinson
Vice President of Field Sales
A veteran
of the debt collection market, Clay joined Western Capital in 2000
after serving as a collection manager for two years. The bulk of
his career was spent at American Premier, where he not only sold
computers but also managed the company's health industry marketing
and sales training programs. Two start-ups benefitted from his expertise
in Sales and Marketing and he was the senior director of APH's New
Media Division. More recently, Clay founded and ran a successful
sales consulting business, the Improved Performance Group, focusing
on improving sales productivity while lowering the cost of sales
in technology businesses. Clay attended The University of Utah in
Salt Lake City, Utah.

Brett
Anderson
Vice President of Business Development
Brett
has almost 10 years experience in the collection industry. Prior
to joining Western Capital in March of this year, Brett served as
president of BAJ Consulting Services, a CRM consulting firm he founded
in 1997 that specializes in strategic business, partnering and marketing
consulting. Anderson has also served as senior vice president of
marketing and business development at CF Industries where his last
position was as senior director, marketing and business development.
He started his career at AT&T as a C & UNIX software engineer. He
has a BA in mathematics and computer science from Rutgers University
and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
